  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from the Netherlands.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship research chemicals worldwide (USA and UK included). Please make sure the products you choose are legal in your country before ordering. We cannot be held responsible, stick to the law.

  • Do you offer tracking worldwide?

    Yes. Everywhere that we ship to, we can track a package to.

  • What packaging do you use?

    We use plain bubble mailers as discreet packaging with no reference to research chemicals or RealChems on the label. Everything gets sent as a letter.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Only Bitcoin paymetns accepted at the moment.

  • Where do I find the wallet address to send Bitcoin payment to?

    The address is provided to you at checkout. Please pay the correct amount immediately after placing your order, underpayments will go on hold. Our payment processing system is automatic. Once your transaction receives one confirmation on the Bitcoin blockchain, our system detects that and confirms your order. If your transaction is not confirmed (or is stuck) on the checkout screen for any reason, please proceed to the My Orders section and check it there.

  • Do you offer free samples?

    We do not. Requests via our Customer Service will be ignored. However, please note that every order above €75 can get free gift, just write your sample request to ORDER NOTES field at the checkout.

  • I have paid but not received a shipping confirmation?

    Bitcoin payments are instant but can take a day to administrate. We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience!

  • When will my order arrive?

    This depends on the postal service. Our shipping page has in-depth information regarding delivery times as well as other helpful information to know before placing an order with us.

  • What if my order does not arrive?

    If you have chosen a tracked shipping option, your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived three weeks after shipping. Your order will not be reshipped if it was shipped by airmail or POSTNLTRACKED. These services are at your own risk.

  • Where is my tracking number?

    Your tracking number will be provided to you on My Orders section, we do not send tracking numbers via email. Trackers may not be updated until the following morning depending on volume of orders.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track your package online, using the tracking number provided to you on My Orders section.

  • I have not received my order or heard back from you in a few hours, what do I do?
